SYNOPSIS
A production based on Nikolai Gogol’s famous short story, which blends different theatrical forms — actors, puppets and objects — to create a world that straddles the grotesque and the human. Laughter and despair drive the story of the civil servant Acácio de Acácio and his overcoat. In a deeply intimate setting, we are challenged to discover what changes in the life of a dedicated clerk when he decides to invest in a new coat to withstand the harsh winter.
