Adelina Cristóvão officially joined Alma d’Arame’s management board in 2015, after having collaborated with the Association since it was founded in 2006. She focuses on procuring and managing cultural projects, the efficient use of resources and on the sustainable growth of the Association, and on developing the team and a working culture. This role, which she accumulates with the artistic and production work developed by the teams, has contributed to the Association’s stable growth over the years, while also exploring different types of public funding and alternative sources of financing.
