Born in Lisbon, in 1985. Joana completed her secondary education in the field of Humanities in Montemor-o-Novo and then went on to study International Relations at Lisbon’s Católica University. In 2008, she completed a vocational course in event production and marketing at Restart – School of Creativity and New Technologies, where she gained experience and know-how in production through several apprenticeships at concerts, festivals, animated cinema festivals, exhibitions and plays, related to audience management, sound and lighting, cultural and business events, marketing and other areas of expertise. After completing the course, Joana continued to work on theatre productions in Montemor-o-Novo.
